Additional maps and reports may include the following:

Turnover: this indicator (circulation per item) depicts popularity of particular items and classes of items including at the Dewey Decimal level. Turnover rate can be calculated by material type and category (e.g., Dewey Decimal).

Circulation: this indicator (circulation per capita) depicts the overall extent to which the population in a service area or a library jurisdiction is checking out materials or using databases. Circulation rate can be calculated by material type.

Holdings: this indicator (holdings per capita) depicts the overall holdings by service area population. Holdings rate can be calculated in total and by material type by total, adult, young adult, and juvenile populations.

Operational cost effectiveness: this indicator (operating expenditures per hour open) depicts the amount of money spent in a given period for running the outlet. It may be used to measure which periods are the most effective in delivering services and for comparing access and equity between service areas.

Staff effectiveness: this indicator (number of full time and part time staff per hour open and for a given period) depicts the staff level and cost for a given period and is used to measure which periods are the most effective in delivering services. It is also a good measure for comparing access and equity between service areas.
