Startup process

Start up is simple. After placing your order, we will send you a letter agreement, an invoice, and a data collection memo explaining the data we need from your ILS. Upon receipt of the signed letter agreement we will commence work.

We obtain specific patron data from your ILS and then prepare the first quarter or baseline report. Once we receive the data it takes about two to three weeks to deliver the first report.
